Research Quality Assurance Analyst II

Become a pivotal part of NSB Omega as a Quality Assurance Analyst II, focusing on research for a significant Oil & Gas Client in Calgary, AB. This role integrates quality assurance with regulatory compliance and effective data management.

In this position, you will manage key aspects of the Laboratory Quality Assurance System. Your responsibilities include scheduling quality control, enhancing accuracy with statistical evaluations, and collating Lab Performance Indicators. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance Coordinator to uphold industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the Laboratory Quality Assurance System

• Schedule and prepare quality control sample batches

• Monitor test performance with statistical analysis

• Compile and review Lab Performance Indicators

• Troubleshoot operational errors in LIMS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline

• Robust knowledge of industry and regulatory procedures

• Experience with compliance in water and petroleum sectors

• Data quality control review experience

• Familiarity with regulatory methodologies
