Quality Control Inspector NE

Elevate your career as a Quality Control Inspector with Steelhaus Technologies in Calgary (NE). This full-time role focuses on performing critical inspections of products across various stages of manufacturing.

As a key member of Steelhaus, you will report to the Quality Control Inspection Lead and conduct first-off, in-process, and final inspections. You'll collaborate with assembly, manufacturing, and shipping/receiving departments. Your attention to detail and proficiency in using measurement tools will help ensure the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment accurately prior to inspections

• Verify dimensions using micrometers and calipers

• Conduct first-article inspections for all product runs

• Initiate non-conformance reports for defective parts

• Perform routine housekeeping in the QC area

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of GD&T and ability to read part drawings

• Familiarity with hand inspection tools and specialized instruments

• Basic MS Office skills

• Ability to handle general administrative tasks
