Worley is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality to guide their dynamic team in either Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta. This role emphasizes extensive experience in quality management within EPCM project delivery. Your expertise in fostering continuous improvement and compliance will be essential as you oversee quality assurance and control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as quality focal point for project EPC/EPCM delivery

• Plan and execute quality assurance and control assessments

• Facilitate risk and lessons learned workshops

• Maintain project quality documentation and schedules

• Influence subcontractor quality practices and oversee inspections

Requirements:

• Experience in operations, quality, construction, or projects

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control processes

• Background in EPCM project execution phases

• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret data

• Available for travel to Worley offices and project sites
