Lead impactful assessments in TVET systems with SAIT as a Quality Assurance Consultant. This role focuses on both research and practical evaluations.
SAIT is looking for a skilled consultant to facilitate a comprehensive needs assessment for international TVET institutions. You will engage in document analysis, conduct interviews, and assess system readiness for change. Expertise in quality assurance and post-secondary education practices is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute as part of a consulting team for all project phases
• Review assessment methods and institutional quality frameworks
• Conduct in-country institutional assessments in Bangladesh
• Validate assessment practices through observations and interviews
• Draft analytical reports with prioritized improvement recommendations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in education or related discipline
• Over 7 years in TVET or post-secondary settings
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and governance
• Proficient writing and analytical skills
• Familiarity with international training standards
