WSP HSSEQ Documentation Specialist

Support WSP Canada's HSSEQ initiatives as a Documentation Specialist focusing on the Integrated Management System. Your expertise will help align quality practices efficiently across all levels.

In this specialist role, you will contribute to maintaining and improving the HSSEQ Management System's documentation, providing vital training and guidance to ensure project teams comply with HSSEQ requirements. You will identify inconsistencies in practice and documentation while promoting continuous improvement in operational processes across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve Corporate HSSEQ documents

• Advise on HSSEQ application in project delivery

• Identify gaps in sector documentation and recommend solutions

• Monitor sector needs and implement feedback improvements

• Support HSSEQ training and communication efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field

• At least five years in HSSE or Quality management

• Strong understanding of HSSEQ control methodologies

• Experience in HSSEQ program development and training

• Bilingual in French and English required
