Manager for Health, Safety, and Environment

Lead K-Line Group's health and safety initiatives as the Manager for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality. Focus on compliance and fostering a strong safety culture across diverse operations.

In this key managerial role at K-Line Group, you will oversee health, safety, environment, quality, and training programs. With a minimum of five years of HSE experience, including at least two in a managerial position, you will implement compliance policies and manage training programs. You will collaborate with senior leadership and regulatory bodies to ensure that safety and environmental standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hazard identification and emergency response planning

• Monitor safety metrics and report findings

• Develop environmental management plans for projects

• Conduct audits and track non-conformance

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs

Requirements:

• 5 years in HSE, Quality, and training roles

• Bachelor’s degree in OHS or a related field

• Experience with ISO standards and Alberta COR

• Preferred certification in Health & Safety

• Knowledge of OHS regulations and safety development
