Position: NSB Omega Quality Assurance Analyst Role
Join NSB Omega as a Quality Assurance Analyst for a significant Oil & Gas client in Calgary, AB. Contribute your skills in managing and enhancing the Laboratory Quality Assurance System effectively.

This one-year position focuses on managing quality control functions and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will coordinate sample batches, analyze test performance metrics, and resolve errors in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Your role will also involve compiling crucial Lab Performance Indicators to drive quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage quality control programs

• Coordinate and prepare quality control sample batches

• Monitor and evaluate test performance using statistics

• Compile critical Lab Performance Indicators

• Troubleshoot issues with Laboratory Information Management Systems

Requirements:

• P. Eng or ability to obtain it before employment

• Mechanical engineering degree required

• Knowledge of petroleum industry regulatory standards

• Experience in data quality control methods

• Familiarity with metrology and design experience is a plus
