As a Quality Manager, you will report to the Quality Operations Manager, ensuring top-notch quality delivery across all Transmission projects.
Your role is crucial in aiding the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System while mentoring project quality teams. This position is a great fit for skilled professionals with a decade of construction quality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 compliant QMS
• Optimize project quality budgets with Project Managers
• Support and mentor Project Quality Teams on-site
• Develop and implement value-added quality initiatives
• Conduct high-level quality audits for compliance
Requirements:
• 10 years of construction quality experience
• 3 years in Quality Assurance, 4 years in Quality Control
• Advanced knowledge of transmission and applicable standards
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Lead quality excellence in Transmission projects with Valard Construction and ensure compliance with the highest standards.
