Position: Quality Coordinator for High Voltage Projects
Drive quality excellence as a Quality Coordinator at Iconic Power Systems, specializing in high voltage construction projects. Foster strong client relationships while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
In this role, you will work under the Quality Supervisor to implement the Quality Management System (QMS). You will be responsible for conducting inspections, overseeing subcontractor quality practices, and developing inspection test plans. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a quality-focused culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and conduct required quality inspections

• Collaborate with client representatives on quality reports

• Assist site supervisors in managing quality specifications

• Document and track deficiencies in project quality

• Conduct project quality audits proactively
Requirements:

• 5+ years in quality assurance and construction

• 3+ years in substation quality assurance

• PSE or PLT designations considered an asset

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license
