Position: Experienced Quality Control Manager Needed

As part of the Trotter & Morton Group, you will lead quality control efforts, ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards and internal expectations. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years in quality assurance, with a strong focus on process improvement and mentoring. You will be responsible for developing QA procedures and ensuring consistent quality across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate quality assurance programs and audits

• Monitor compliance with QMS and client specifications

• Ensure timely documentation and project turnover

• Mentor quality personnel and improve processes

• Review quality documentation for final client release

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Quality Control

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Educational background in engineering or technical fields

• Knowledge of international quality standards

• Strong mentoring and leadership skills
