At Fresh Prep, we are looking for a dedicated Food Quality Control Technician. This position involves completing HACCP paperwork, conducting quality checks, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. You will collaborate with team leads to resolve quality issues while maintaining the integrity of our meal kit delivery service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete and verify HACCP paperwork and quality checks

• Collaborate to address production or quality issues

• Conduct routine swabs for third-party lab testing

• Ensure sanitation standards are met

• Support team training on Food Safety procedures

Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent experience

• Prior HACCP training in food safety

• Knowledge of produce or food quality assessment

• Previous quality control experience preferred

• Physically active; able to lift 40 lbs regularly
