Take the lead in supplier quality with Microchip Technology, a global leader in semiconductor solutions. You will enhance quality initiatives, drive improvements, and collaborate across teams.
As a Principal Engineer, you will be integral to vendor management and quality assurance. Your expertise will guide supplier development initiatives, root cause analysis, and audits to meet manufacturing standards.
Your role will influence cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring compliance with industry and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead supplier quality initiatives and audits
• Analyze quality failures and drive corrective actions
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and develop improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams for quality evaluations
• Provide mentorship in quality methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in supplier or manufacturing quality
• Strong knowledge of Material Science and Mechatronics
• Proven leadership in quality programs and audits
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
