As a leader with over ten years of trade experience, you will oversee quality control and assurance activities, proactively resolving concerns to minimize project risk. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining documentation of work stages. This role also requires mentoring crews and promoting RWC's values of integrity and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily quality inspections on-site
• Oversee compliance with project drawings and specifications
• Document work stages through photos and notes
• Coach crews on best practices and quality standards
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of trade experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in digital construction software
• Red Seal Certification preferred
• Level 1 First Aid and Fall Protection certification
