HACCP Rover at JBS

JBS Canada is seeking a HACCP Rover for the Mountain Creek Farms facility. In this vital role, you will oversee Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) programs, ensuring adherence to safety standards while collaborating with the production team. Key responsibilities include monitoring sanitation, product specifications, and conducting essential testing for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor employee Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) daily

• Verify plant sanitation performance before each startup

• Gather samples for microbiological testing accurately

• Train team members on FSQA and Operations SOPs

• Manage FSQA equipment such as thermometers and scales

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

• Graduate in food sciences or related fields

• 3-5 years of experience in FSQA programs preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
