As a Quality Engineer at Modine, you will lead quality assurance processes essential for maintaining high manufacturing standards. You will also track quality metrics and communicate findings organization-wide, ensuring that corrective actions are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality planning including Control Plans and FMEA
• Facilitate 8D problem solving with stakeholders
• Perform root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Monitor quality metrics and communicate results
• Conduct vendor audits and analyze performance
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years in quality assurance or manufacturing
• Knowledge of analytical quality processes
• Familiar with ISO
9001 standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
