Senior Quality Manager

Worley is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Quality to ensure adherence to standards and client specifications. This senior-level role focuses on large-scale, complex projects in energy, oil, gas, and mining. You will manage a Quality team and implement quality plans throughout engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Quality focal point for major project delivery

• Manage the Quality team’s growth and development

• Lead quality systems across project phases

• Develop and maintain project Quality Plans

• Oversee contractor and supplier quality compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in quality assurance for large projects

• Expertise in QMS and QA/QC program implementation

• Experience in oil, gas, and energy sectors

• Strong understanding of industry standards

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and PMP certification
