We are hiring an in-house B2B Agent Success Manager & Team Lead to work from our downtown Calgary office
.
This role is ideal for a current or former Realtor or Mortgage Agent who understands the realities of lead generation, agent competition, and deal flow—and who is ready to step into a leadership role inside a fast-growing AI company.
You will work directly with real estate and mortgage professionals across the United States
, while also helping build, train, and scale your own internal team as Intellitary expands.
- Engage with U.S.
-based real estate agents and mortgage agents (B2B) to onboard and support them on Intellitary’s AI platform - Act as a trusted advisor, helping agents understand how to replace traditional lead buying with AI-qualified, real-time customer opportunities.
- Guide agents through best practices to maximize conversion, ROI, and retention
- Work on-site in our downtown Calgary office
, collaborating closely with leadership and product teams - Recruit, hire, and help train additional Agent Success Managers as your team grows
- Contribute to internal process development, playbooks, and training systems
- Provide feedback from the field to continuously improve the platform and agent experience
- Current or former Realtor, Mortgage Agent or Insurance Agent (required)
- Comfortable in a B2B advisory role speaking with experienced professionals
- Natural leader who enjoys mentoring, training, and building teams
- Strong communicator who can explain AI advertising and technology in simple, practical terms
- Organized, accountable, and confident managing multiple agent relationships
- Excited about moving into a stable, growth-oriented, in-house leadership role
- Real estate, mortgage or insurance industry and/or experience (active or past)
- Proven sales, client success, or advisory background
- Experience with CRM systems, lead platforms, or real estate technology tools
- Strong understanding of agent economics, advertising spend, and conversion metrics
- Alberta real estate licensing not required (this is not a trading role)
