Truestate Appraisals is seeking a motivated Real Estate Appraiser to join our growing team. We are open to Candidate Members or Designated Appraisers with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). Holding a CRA or AACI designation will be considered a strong asset.

• Prepare real property appraisal reports in compliance with AIC standards
• Conduct property inspections and collect relevant market data
• Perform market research, highest and best use analysis, and valuation modeling
• Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to complex valuation assignments
• Ensure reports are accurate, well-supported, and detail-oriented
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members

• Candidate Member or Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC)
• CRA or AACI designation is an asset
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• High level of attention to detail and report accuracy
• Solid understanding of real estate markets and valuation principles
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with appraisal software and MS Office (Word, Excel)
