Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent at Quarter Park Management located in Calgary, AB. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with leasing inquiries, conducting property tours, and preparing and managing leasing agreements. In addition, the role involves coordinating lease administration, supporting property management operations, and addressing tenant needs and concerns to ensure an excellent customer experience.

The Leasing Agent will work closely with team members to meet occupancy goals and enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration processes
  • Licensed in Property Management with thr Real Estate Council od Alberta (RECA)
  • Experience in Property Management and Residential Leasing practices
  • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using property management software and office applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in property management or leasing are a plus
