As a Leasing Consultant at Morguard, you will play a crucial role in achieving occupancy targets for various residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve occupancy and sales targets for assigned properties

• Manage leasing administration and maintain accurate records

• Conduct inspections and ensure model suites meet standards

• Participate in and execute marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of sales and customer service experience

• Degree/diploma in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Yardi is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
