Real Estate Manager

Position: Real Estate Manager at CPKC
Lead real estate initiatives with CPKC as a Real Estate Manager in Calgary, Alberta. Drive profitable property transactions and optimize land management strategies for a leading transnational railroad.

In this full-time role, you will direct a team of real estate professionals r expertise will guide the management of railway property assets, maximizing value through sales and leasing strategies. Significant real estate negotiations, team leadership, and strategic planning will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a team to meet sales and leasing targets

• Ensure Fair Market Value in property transactions

• Develop multi-year sales and asset disposition plans

• Participate in negotiations for maximum financial outcomes

• Manage redevelopment and major property projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred

• 5+ years in corporate real estate and negotiations

• 2 years' leadership experience in achieving revenue goals

• Knowledge of North American real estate markets

• Experience in risk assessments in corporate settings
