The Analyst position at Newmark offers the opportunity to engage deeply in commercial real estate valuation within a national team framework. Candidates will undertake comprehensive research, prepare cash flow projections, and assist in producing detailed appraisal reports. Training is provided to ensure seamless workflow across offices and to support institutional-grade asset appraisals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in acquisitions and asset management for clients
• Create cash flow projections using industry-standard software
• Develop segments of appraisal reports with market insights
• Research market rental rates and comparable transactions
• Accurately enter data into the company’s database
Requirements:
• University degree in Real Estate, Commerce, or Economics
• 1-2 years relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Valid driver’s license for local building inspections
