Residential Leasing Agent

As a motivated leasing professional in the Development Division, you'll lead the full leasing cycle from qualifying leads to closing agreements. Your expertise in real estate and customer management will be critical in driving occupancy rates and achieving revenue goals while providing excellent service to new residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full leasing process from leads to move-ins

• Conduct in-person or virtual tours of properties

• Keep CRM systems updated with leasing activities

• Support leasing initiatives through events and promotions

• Develop welcome packages and onboarding materials

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in real estate or related fields

• Residential Real Estate License in Alberta is an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Familiarity with Residential Tenancy Act in Alberta

• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
