BGRE seeks a Director of Asset Management to inspire change and drive improvement. This senior role involves executing numerous initiatives, including leasing, financial analysis, and property valuation, greatly influencing operational efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial to meet strategic objectives and enhance asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead office and retail leasing initiatives to maximize revenue

• Oversee IFRS property valuations on a quarterly basis

• Manage annual Business Plan process and financial forecasts

• Cultivate relationships with joint venture partners and stakeholders

• Engage actively in Calgary’s real estate industry
Requirements:

• 8+ years in commercial office real estate

• Proficient in Argus Enterprise and advanced Excel

• Strong analytical and leadership abilities

• Excellent communication skills, able to prioritize tasks

• University degree in Finance, Business, or related field
