The Tenancy Coordinator acts as the key contact for residents, handling everything from lease agreements to move-outs while upholding tenant rights. By collaborating with various teams, you'll create a holistic support network for individuals facing housing challenges. Your work will showcase Trellis's values and aim to make a lasting impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of tenancy including inspections and renewals
• Communicate with tenants to uphold their rights
• Build rapport and trust with residents for stability
• Work alongside Case Managers to provide clear support
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure property upkeep
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in residential property or social services
• Degree or diploma in Human Services valued
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Knowledge of Alberta's Residential Tenancies Act required
• Valid driver's license and Standard First Aid certification
