As part of JLL's team, you will oversee the occupancy planning and management strategies for a prominent client in the energy sector. This role emphasizes building solid client relationships while driving effective processes for relocations, implementation, and project administration. Your expertise will guide teams through successful transitions and ensure optimal space efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enhance space optimization across portfolios

• Handle all aspects of relocation planning and execution

• Approve budgets and review project reports

• Facilitate effective client communication and feedback

• Maintain accurate occupancy information through CAFM systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years in project or facilities management

• Expertise in CAD/CAFM systems and space planning

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of project documentation

• Required on-site presence five days a week

• Adaptability for project timings and external conditions
