• Mentor and lead assistant property managers

• Manage all leasing and renewal activities

• Supervise payment collections and resolve issues

• Maintain property inventory and suite assessments

• Ensure efficient maintenance operations and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in leadership

• Preferred certification in property management

• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle

• Availability for after-hours calls

• Pass mandatory criminal record check
