Senior Manager for Class AA Property

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property operations, ensuring high standards are met

• Build and develop a proactive property management team

• Monitor service requests and vendor performance

• Create and manage operating budgets and forecasts

• Foster tenant relationships and service excellence

Requirements:

• University degree; RPA, FMA, or CPM designation preferred

• At least five years in property management

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Experience with lease negotiations and building operations

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
