About ALLY REALTY ALLY REALTY is a growing Calgary-based real estate and property management company focused on providing responsive, professional, and reliable service to property owners and tenants.
As our property management portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated
* Junior Licensed Property Manager
* to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is
* currently licensed in Property Management in Alberta
* and wants to develop their skills, take on increasing responsibility, and build a long-term career in property management.
As a Junior Licensed Property Manager, you will work closely with our property management team to help oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties.
This is a hands-on position. You will communicate with tenants and property owners, coordinate maintenance, conduct inspections, assist with leasing activities, and help ensure day-to-day property operations run smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is
* organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable solving problems independently*.
Applicants must currently hold a valid Alberta licence that permits them to perform Property Management activities.

- Assist with the day-to-day management of residential rental properties
- Communicate professionally with tenants, owners, contractors, and vendors
- Respond to tenant questions, concerns, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and service providers
- Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections
- Assist with leasing, showings, applications, and tenant onboarding
- Prepare and maintain property management documentation and records
- Follow up on outstanding tenant and property matters
- Assist with rent collection and account follow-up
- Help ensure properties are maintained to ALLY REALTY standards
- Support senior property managers with portfolio management
- Handle urgent property-related situations when required
- Maintain accurate information within our property management systems
- Provide a high level of customer service to property owners and tenants
- * Currently licensed in Property Management in Alberta
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment
- Confidence communicating with tenants, owners, and contractors
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to occasionally attend properties outside regular office hours when required
- Previous experience in
* property management, real estate, leasing, hospitality, customer service, or administration
* is an asset. - This is a junior position, so extensive property management experience is
* not required*. - We are looking for someone with the right attitude, licence, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
