This temporary full-time role at the Prince of Peace community offers a chance to lead in developing strategic marketing initiatives and supporting families. You will report directly to the General Manager, ensuring a seamless leasing experience and tenant engagement through community programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tours for prospective tenants and their families

• Manage inquiries for move-ins and address tenant questions

• Maintain show suites in excellent condition

• Execute lease agreements according to guidelines

• Provide updates and reports to leadership

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as a leasing agent or 5-7 years in sales/marketing

• Experience in a senior living environment is an asset

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract

• Strong English communication skills

• Knowledge of compliance and safety standards
