Key Responsibilities:

• Direct team efforts to accomplish sales and leasing goals

• Ensure property transactions align with Fair Market Value

• Develop annual asset disposition and revenue plans

• Negotiate deals to secure optimal financial outcomes

• Lead significant property redevelopment projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field

• Over 5 years in corporate real estate management

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in revenue targets

• Understanding of North American real estate markets
