Property Administrator

Position: Join Cushman & Wakefield as Property Administrator
Manage tenant relationships as a Property Administrator at Cushman & Wakefield. Focus on tenant billings while maintaining a large retail and office property portfolio.

This role involves processing tenant deposits, reconciling accounts, and supporting the property management team in day-to-day operations. With an emphasis on accuracy and communication, you will prepare financial reports, assist in budgeting, and ensure timely delivery of essential information. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute to team initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and deposit tenant rents daily

• Assist with cost analysis and financial tracking

• Prepare default notices for delinquent accounts

• Support property management with various projects

• Maintain organized lease and tenant documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of administrative or accounting role

• Educational background in accounting or related fields

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and MRI software

• Must provide a Clear Criminal Record Check
