• Lead market research and valuation tasks
• Prepare written appraisal reports with guidance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with up to 3 years’ experience
• Familiarity with cashflows and Argus Enterprise advantageous
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Valid class 5 driver’s license needed
