Key Responsibilities:
• Own the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding
• Build strong relationships with residents and prospects
• Collect payments and facilitate maintenance requests
• Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
• Inspect properties to maintain quality standards
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service or sales
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transport required
