You will engage with prospective tenants and assist them throughout the leasing process, contributing to a collaborative workplace dedicated to growth and community impact. Your days will include property tours and managing leasing documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engaging and informative property tours
• Assist with processing rental applications and leases
• Participate in on-site marketing and resident events
• Stay informed on market trends to advise prospective tenants
• Help report occupancy and leasing activity metrics
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and sales background
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property software
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and pass a background check
