RioCan Leasing Manager Position

As a crucial part of the leasing team, you will report to the AVP, Leasing, handling all economic and legal aspects of lease agreements. With over 5 years of hands-on experience, your ability to navigate tenant issues and develop partnerships will directly affect company growth and tenant well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tenant relationships and guide the leasing process

• Assess properties and strategize economic performance

• Negotiate and prepare lease offers for management

• Monitor existing tenant satisfaction and relationships

• Maintain detailed transaction records for analysis

Requirements:

• A university degree is required

• At least 5 years in leasing or relevant experience

• Strong negotiation and communication capabilities

• Time management skills are essential
