Key Responsibilities:

• Support the showing of properties and participate in negotiations

• Gather and manage essential transaction materials

• Prepare client data packages and marketing materials

• Conduct cold calls for new client acquisition

• Provide general office support and schedule appointments

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of office or business experience

• Real Estate License preferred as a strong asset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Skilled in using Excel, Word, and email tools
