This role reports to the Associate Director of Leasing and encompasses leadership, operations management, and strategic market analysis. Your extensive experience in residential leasing will empower a team of Leasing Agents to meet and exceed performance targets. Focus on maintaining high leasing standards while ensuring an exceptional resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage a team of Leasing Agents and their performance
• Oversee daily operations to drive occupancy and revenue
• Conduct market surveys and recommend pricing strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and external stakeholders for lead generation
• Compile and submit comprehensive leasing performance reports
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant residential leasing experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office software
• Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Willingness to travel as required
