Leasing and Resident Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct leasing activities and oversee resident programs

• Ensure timely communication and processing of applications

• Issue official notices and manage compliance aspects

• Assist the Community Manager with property feedback

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents

Requirements:

• Experience in Property Management or closely related fields

• Post-secondary education desired

• Strong initiative and attention to detail

• Proficient in Yardi Voyager and Office Suite

• Open to flexible work hours
