Your new role

Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of an industrial property portfolio.

Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and general building repairs.

Monitor and maintain building systems, ensuring properties are operating efficiently and safely.

Build strong relationships with tenants and provide exceptional customer service.

Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers.

Respond to tenant requests and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.

Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.

Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required.

Travel between properties within the portfolio using your personal vehicle.

What you'll need to succeed

3+ years of experience in building operations, property maintenance, or facility management.

Experience supporting industrial, ormercial properties.

Strong hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills with a strong tenant-service mindset.

Professional and polished approach when interacting with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Experience coordinating vendors and contractors.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned properties.

Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
