Manage a diverse range of residential properties as a Portfolio Manager at Residential Leasing Group. This full-time role emphasizes property oversight, tenant interaction, and operational excellence.
As the manager, you will report to the Director of Property Management and oversee condos, townhouses, and single-family homes. Your responsibilities include managing leasing processes, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring orderly communication between tenants and property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and tenant relations
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate onboarding and inventory checks for properties
• Generate maintenance work orders and schedules
• Participate in the on-call schedule for emergencies
Requirements:
• Current Property Management license from RECA
• Experience with diverse residential properties
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Proficient in property management software
• Familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act
