Senior Property Manager — Drive Profit & Tenant
Qualico Properties is seeking a Senior Property Manager in Calgary to oversee day-to-day operations for assigned properties and ensure exceptional service to tenants and owners. You will report to the Director, Property Management and guide the team in operations, budgeting, and compliance.
The role requires 7+ years in commercial property management, a RECA license, and strong MS Office and Yardi proficiency. Travel to sites is expected with occasional long days in an office setting.
