• Support lifecycle of real estate projects from initiation to completion

• Manage project budgets, including tracking and forecasting

• Monitor project timelines and escalate potential delays

• Analyze site opportunities and deal terms with Development Managers

• Develop project trackers and dashboards for reporting

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years in real estate or project delivery

• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities

• Experience in multi-stakeholder project environments

• Solid understanding of real estate development fundamentals

• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic setting
