In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of real estate projects across various retail banners. With 5-8 years of experience in real estate and strong analytical skills, you will ensure projects deliver on time and within budget. Collaborating closely with Development Managers, you will manage project timelines and track key milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to completion
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and financial variances
• Monitor timelines and escalate risks with mitigation strategies
• Analyze site opportunities and lease structures
• Provide insights to align internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5-8+ years in real estate, finance, or project delivery
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Proven ability in budget management
• Familiar with real estate development lifecycle
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
