Join a new translational research group in the Department of Oncology at the University of Calgary. You will investigate how immune pressure influences tumor evolution and resistance in multiple myeloma. The role requires advanced skills in immunology and functional genomics, including working with human cell line models and multi-omic datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design experiments using molecular cloning and CRISPR
• Perform functional assays with tumor cell lines
• Stay updated with relevant literature and advancements
• Prepare manuscripts and scientific presentations
• Mentor junior trainees in lab techniques
Requirements:
• PhD in immunology, molecular biology, or cancer biology
• Extensive knowledge of immunology and cancer biology
