Senior Analyst

Position: Senior Analyst for Real-World Evidence
Contribute to significant clinical research as a Senior Analyst in the Real-World Evidence Platform at the Hotchkiss Brain Institute. Engage in data analysis, project oversight, and support health science initiatives on a part-time basis over a one-year term.
Our team at the Hotchkiss Brain Institute seeks a skilled Senior Analyst participating in critical data management and analysis. This role demands advanced knowledge of health data and statistical software to enhance research processes. You'll assist various scientists, guide research methodologies, and manage ethics submissions crucial for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on research design and data management processes

• Participate in developing research methodologies and proposals

• Track and assist in data collection from services

• Write and manage ethics submissions and grant applications

• Generate reports and presentations for various stakeholders
Requirements:

• PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field

• Minimum three years of complex data analysis experience

• Advanced skills in statistical software (e.g. R, SAS)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of University of Calgary processes
