Become a vital part of the Cumming School of Medicine as a Research Assistant in the Precision Neurodevelopment Lab. Focus on MRI analysis for children with neurodevelopmental disorders while providing comprehensive research support.

This full-time, fixed-term position in the Department of Pediatrics offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator. You will engage in data entry, cleaning, and analysis, alongside scientific writing and ethics applications. Your work supports those with lived experiences in neurodevelopmental disorders and aims to contribute significantly to the lab’s research objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support research projects on neurodevelopmental disorders

• Conduct data entry, cleaning, and analysis

• Obtain and interpret MRI scans efficiently

• Execute scientific literature reviews and writing

• Prepare ethics applications and oversee administrative tasks

Requirements:

• BSc required, MSc preferred

• Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders

• Proficiency in magnetic resonance imaging

• Background in research design and biostatistics

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
