Elevate your research career as a Part-Time Research Coordinator with the Faculty of Social Work. This flexible role can be based in Calgary or Edmonton with much of the work completed remotely.
The Faculty of Social Work invites applications for a Research Coordinator focusing on project management and qualitative data evaluation. This role entails overseeing research activities, coordinating team meetings, and maintaining operational protocols, all while working closely with a Principal Investigator. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in systematic reviews and an interest in neurodiversity. Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to train students are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead research team meetings with varied participants
• Supervise research assistants and manage project deadlines
• Ensure adherence to study protocols and manage documentation
• Conduct data collection and literature search strategies
• Prepare reports and translate findings into publications
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work required
• Minimum 3 years in research management
• Experience in qualitative data analysis and interviews
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Covidence tools
