Immunology Lab Technician - Research Focus

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain mammalian tissue cultures for research

• Assist with cytokine assays and flow cytometry

• Conduct Western blotting and protein analysis

• Prepare primary tumor samples for profiling

• Organize lab supplies and maintain documentation
Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field

• At least 2 years of lab research experience

• Expertise in cell culture and biochemical techniques

• Experience with ELISA, PCR, and flow cytometry
