Key Responsibilities:

• Execute compost trials across various feed stocks

• Design and conduct agronomic field trials

• Collect and analyze yield and soil response data

• Test new product formulations and provide insights

• Ensure accurate data collection and reporting
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in agriculture or related field

• 3-7 years of experience in agronomy or soil science

• Hands-on experience with field trials

• Strong understanding of agricultural practices

• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
